Functionality[]
The HPC rapidly fires small bursts of focused plasma, which on impact, burn and electrocute the target at the same time. The rounds per minute count is 510- a very mean number.
A very often fielded variant adds a highly advanced targeting system, based on one's DNA. Anyone who enters a variable perimeter and does not have their DNA on the gun's record is fired upon. This is called a DNA Cannon.
